Client Experience Survey

As part of our annual evaluation and accountability process, UF/IFAS Extension conducts a scientifically based survey, allowing the people we serve to judge our performance. Each year, about a dozen Florida counties ask their clientele about their level of satisfaction with our Extension programs and perceived benefits. Most counties participate in the survey every five years. PDEC produces statewide results based on the most recent data for each county. The results of these surveys are used in the Extension Annual Report, and by County Extension Directors when meeting with their county administrators or advisory committees, etc. For more information about the survey protocol and methodology, click here.
