"My Program Activities are not showing in my POW/ROA report."
This is most likely because your Activities' Start/End dates span more than one year. Activities are designed to contain one year's worth of information. Reporting for more than one year within a single activity causes a logical error, which causes somewhat chaotic results with respect to generating your report. DO NOT change the dates of your old activities to reflect the current year's report or plan. Always Add a New Activity for each year of that activity.
"My Publications are not showing in my POW/ROA report."
There are three factors which may cause a publication to not appear on your report.
- Missing/Wrong date -- the ROA will only list publications with the current year as the date; the POW will only list those with next year as the date.
- Inappropriate status -- only those publications with a status of "planned","in progress", or "submitted" will appear on your POW, whereas only those with a status of "accepted in press" or "published" will appear on your ROA.
- Your publication is an article without its containing document. For example: a journal article will not appear unless it is linked to the journal it was published in.
Special note concerning Newsletters: There is a problem that we are trying to fix regarding containing documents of which you are the Overall Editor or Author. In the meantime, we ask that you manually report overall editorship of a Journal, Newspaper, or Newsletter by typing it into the Word document version of your POW or ROA.
"I cannot delete this incorrect Extension program."
You can only delete programs which list yourself as the ONLY member of the Program Personnel list. If you know the program itself is wrong, you can remove all of the other personnel and then the delete button will become functional. However, If you are only incorrectly listed as a member of a valid program, contact one of the other listed members of the program personnel and have them remove you from it.
"I am not the coordinator of the activity I am entering, but I am the only choice in the Activity Coordinator drop-down box."
You must add an additional person to the Program Personnel section of the Program. You may only choose from those you have entered as Leaders, Co-Leaders, and Team Members of the program as the coordinator of a program activity.
