Evaluation, Reporting & Accountability
- Workload and Impacts
Every year Extension faculty are required to report some details about their Extension program activities in order for UF/IFAS and FAMU to receive federal and state funding. PDEC, in conjunction with Extension administrators, developed a new online data collection tool in 2008.
- County Program Reviews
Every year at least one county from each of the five UF/IFAS Extension districts undergoes an external programmatic review. Members of the review team include state specialists and county agents from other Florida counties. The purpose of the review is to assist counties in their efforts to plan and deliver high quality programs for their clientele.
Qualtrics is a free tool for UF faculty, staff and students to create online surveys. Log in with your GatorLink username and password. Questions or problems logging in? Click here for help.
- Customer Satisfaction
Each year since 1997 thirteen or fourteen counties (out of 67) are randomly selected for the annual customer satisfaction survey (CSS) to evaluate the performance of Extension personnel and programs in a particular county. Through this rotation, roughly every five years we have a complete set of data for the state.
