• Workload and Impacts

  Extension faculty are required to report some details about their Extension program activities in order for UF/IFAS and FAMU to receive federal and state funding. PDEC, in conjunction with Extension administrators, developed a new online data collection tool in 2008.

• County Program Reviews

  Every year at least one county from each of the five UF/IFAS Extension districts undergoes an external programmatic review. Members of the review team include state specialists and county agents from other Florida counties. The purpose of the review is to assist counties in their efforts to plan and deliver high quality programs for their clientele.

• Qualtrics

  Qualtrics will be replacing Survey Monkey as a tool to create online surveys.
