When you arrive at the Main menu, click on List/Alter Your Current Program Schedule. This screen will show the present status of all programs you have signed up for at the present time. You can also delete programs here.

For each program, you will see the following:
This field is active. If you click on a specific Program ID number, you will be able to delete the program if you need to. If you don't want to delete the program, click on Show Schedule and you will return to your program schedule.

If a program has more than one date/time/location offering, this will identify which program you are actually taking.
This will give the complete title of the program.
This will give the number of days for a specific program.
This will give the beginning and ending date of a specific program.
This will provide the city location of the program. More specific information (building, building number, etc.) can be obtained by returning to the description page for a specific program. Go back to List All Programs and Review Program Enrollment on the Main Menu screen.
Note for County Faculty: Status lets you know if your DED has approved or denied your program request. Pending means no decision has been made. Approved or Denied means just that.
ADD means you are trying to add the program to your program list. DROP means you are trying to drop the program from your program list.
NOTE: All on-campus and county faculty should drop any program they do not plan to attend. This allows the instructor to plan for program participation or cancellation of the program if necessary.
