Look at Possible Programs & Enrollment Lists Without Registering

The second choice on the Main screen is List All Programs and Review Program Enrollment. This choice allows you to safely look at all program information without the risk of registering in error. Because it is possible to actually register for two programs offered on the same day (if one is offered in the morning and one in the afternoon), and because there is no command to keep you from signing up for two programs offered on the same day, it is important that you check this information. There is, however, a command that will keep you from signing up for the same program twice. If you try to sign up for the same program twice, you will receive an error message.

To view program information, left-click on the Program ID number for the program you are interested in.

This will bring up a screen that gives a program description and other pertinent information. You may view present enrollment in the program by left-clicking on Show Enrollment. You may return to the Program List by clicking on that button or go to the main menu by selecting the Main button.
