Note for county faculty: County rules still apply. If your county extension director requires that you get approval for program additions or deletions with him/her in advance, these policies still apply and must be done manually before you submit your requests on the Web. It will be assumed by your DED that this procedure has been followed.
Left-click on Register for Programs. This will bring up a list of all program presently available.
To view information on a program, select a program and left-click on the Program ID number. This will provide you with a program description, number of days, faculty in charge, and other pertinent information. Be sure to click on Funding Source, because you have to select whether this program will be State Funding, Other Funding, or Grant. Once you have selected a form of funding and have viewed the information, you are ready to register. Notice that on the Program Form line, you have three options:

If you click on Register, you will actually register for the program. This will bring up a new screen that says, "The following record has been inserted into the Schedule table." The Program ID will be listed.

If you are COUNTY FACULTY, the program will automatically send an e-mail message to your DED, who will approve or deny your request. You are also tentatively enrolled in the program pending DED approval.
Click on Register, and you will return to the complete list of programs.
If you click on Show Enrollment, you will see a complete list of those signed up for the program and their phone numbers. This can be helpful in making travel arrangements for county faculty.

When you have completed the registration of a program, the system will return you to the list of programs to select another program for registration. When you have finished registering for all programs, left-click on Main at the top of the Program Registration Application screen and you will return to the main menu.
